Equipment & shipping FAQ
Plan delivery to your country. Check equipment sizes, packing details and what to send your freight forwarder.
What are the M1 dimensions and shipping weight?
- Machine dimensions (arm extended)
- 690 × 1030 × 1420 mm
- Net machine weight
- 160 kg

- 900 × 630 × 1670 mm
- Packed gross weight

The arm is extended for the machine measurements and folded for packing, which explains the different footprint. Use the packed dimensions and gross weight for freight planning.

How can I estimate shipping to my country?
Send us your destination country, city, postcode and equipment quantity. We will confirm the dispatch location, final packing list and delivery scope so you can request a freight quote. Ask your forwarder to itemise freight, insurance, customs clearance, local duties or taxes and final delivery. These equipment measurements are not a complete shipment total or a shipping price.
Electricity at a glance
How can I estimate electricity use?
- 1 operating hour
- 0.045 kWh
- 24 operating hours
- 1.08 kWh
- 24 hours × 30 days
- 32.4 kWh
For an 8-hour day: 10.8 kWh over 30 days. Multiply kWh by your local electricity rate to estimate the energy charge.
Calculated estimates, not meter readings, using a constant 45 W electrical draw. Actual use varies by mode and duration. M1 only; M2 and M3 are separate. The 24-hour figure is arithmetic, not continuous-use guidance; follow the equipment’s operating intervals.
Direct answers
Buyer questions
Is NUSBE available for international buyers?
NUSBE accepts qualified international enquiries. Supply, documentation, shipping, training and commercial availability are assessed for the buyer's country and intended use.
Where can I find package prices and funding options?
The Recovery-First Partner Programme publishes the Malaysia and international package prices, inclusions, funding routes and marketplace fees together. Review the partner programme before enquiring. Final delivery, taxes and market-specific scope are confirmed in your agreement.
Does NUSBE provide country approval?
No. NUSBE can share the documentation available for the proposed model, while the buyer obtains local advice and completes the approvals or importer obligations required in the destination market.
Is the system autonomous?
No. A trained operator remains responsible for suitability, setup, positioning, settings, comfort monitoring and stopping or adjusting the session.
What businesses can enquire?
Wellness centres, recovery studios, boutique gyms, performance facilities, hotels, resorts, spas, multi-location operators and qualified distributors may enquire.
What happens after I submit the form?
The NUSBE team reviews your business, country and business type, then contacts you to discuss your questions. If you supplied preferred availability, a representative will arrange a suitable walkthrough time with you.
Can the supplied M1 operate without Wi-Fi?
Yes. The supplied NUSBE M1 runs its local massage and thermal programmes from the machine’s touchscreen without Wi-Fi or Bluetooth. Programme selection, intensity, temperature settings and local safety controls remain available. A trained operator supervises every session.
What does connecting the M1 add?
Connectivity adds temperature records and session reports, app controls, firmware and programme updates, cloud-assisted programme recommendations, multi-machine monitoring and branch data. Wi-Fi provides the internet connection for uploads, updates and remote controls; Bluetooth supports nearby phone control where configured. Cloud functions need internet access. App controls do not replace the operator beside the machine.
Is machine connectivity the same as the NUSBE marketplace?
No. Machine connectivity supports equipment controls and data. The NUSBE marketplace helps clients discover your branch and book your listed services. Marketplace bookings and online branch administration need internet access, even when local M1 programmes can operate offline. Marketplace access fees follow the partner programme terms.
Does the 43°C setting mean deep tissue reaches 43°C?
The temperature setting describes an equipment control. It does not establish a person’s deep-tissue temperature or a treatment outcome. Your operator selects the programme, reviews suitability and monitors comfort throughout the session.
What space does my venue need?
Plan a private session area with a suitable bed, equipment clearance and safe operator access. Review your proposed room layout with NUSBE before confirming the supplied system and delivery arrangements.
How is operator training arranged?
Discuss training and operating guidance for the exact proposed model. Onboarding covers setup, supervised use and comfort checks; the arrangements and scope are confirmed in your proposal.
What support is available after launch?
The Recovery-First programme includes a one-year equipment warranty. Your agreement confirms its coverage, maintenance responsibilities and the after-sales route for your model and market. Review parts coordination, remote guidance and any on-site support before you commit.
