Programme reporting

Start with participation.

Agree the reporting scope before launch. The example below explains a possible format; it is not client data or a live employer portal.

Illustrative sample data

  • 80sessions allocated
  • 54sessions completed
  • 68%utilisation

An example allocation of 80 sessions, with 54 completed. Utilisation is completed sessions divided by allocated sessions, rounded to the nearest whole percent.

Insufficient group size to protect participant privacy.

Any department breakdown would require an agreed minimum group size and privacy review. Small groups are omitted.

Usage and voluntary feedback can help you review the benefit. They do not establish medical benefit, productivity gains or return on investment.

Employee privacy

A clear boundary for employer reporting.

Private to the participant

  • Suitability answers and personal session information
  • Individual comfort responses, where collected
  • Information needed by authorised NUSBE staff to deliver the session

Agreed programme totals

  • Sessions allocated and completed
  • Participation and booking demand
  • Optional group feedback, subject to consent and privacy review

Excluded from employer reports

Named health records, raw individual temperature data, employee health rankings and fitness-for-work decisions.

Privacy requirements & sources

Health information is sensitive personal data under Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010. Processing must meet the applicable legal conditions. Consent, purpose, access, retention and reporting safeguards are agreed before any employee data is collected for the programme.

The sample reporting format is a proposal, not a statement that employee or employer dashboards are currently available.

Before you enquire

The practical details.

Where would sessions take place?

At a confirmed NUSBE location. On-site delivery and additional locations must be assessed and agreed separately.

What determines the price and team size?

The proposal sets participant numbers, session allocation, location, duration and reporting. Share your estimated headcount and budget; no minimum is confirmed until the programme is scoped.

What can employees expect?

A guided wellness session, subject to suitability screening and participant consent. NUSBE does not provide a diagnosis or replace medical care.

What is included in the proposal?

The session allocation, delivery arrangements, price, reporting scope and privacy requirements. Any employee app, dashboard or additional reporting feature requires separate confirmation.
